A beautiful smile is priceless. Great looking teeth can help boost your self-esteem and make you appear younger. For that reason alone tooth whitening is among the most popular cosmetic procedure performed in dental offices today. Tooth whitening can help lift discolorations that result from excessive coffee, tea or wine consumption. Whitening can remove natural or artificial discolorations from you teeth. The best news? You don’t have to be a millionaire to get your teeth whitened. In fact, there are products available to fit just about every budget.
Tooth Whitening Gels and Toothpastes
Gels and toothpastes that whiten your teeth are the least expensive choice when it comes to teeth whitening. A tube of toothpaste will cost you less than $10 is most cases. Most tooth whitening gels and toothpastes contain hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide helps brighten your smile by bleaching teeth. The higher the concentration of hydrogen peroxide, the better the product will work. Teeth whitening gels generally work better than toothpastes. Most teeth whitening toothpastes don’t actually contain active ingredients that help whiten your teeth. However they will help remove daily stains that result from food consumptions.
Bleaching Strips
Bleaching strips and other products that whiten teeth like Crest white strips are another affordable and easy way to brighten your smile. “White strips” as they are called usually help whiten teeth without the hassles associated with trays full of gel. Most of the time all you have to do is apply the strips roughly 30 minutes two times every day. These products tend to work fast, with results evident within one to two weeks of daily use. Some people start to see results within the first couple of days of treatment. You can wear strips while bathing, watching TV, driving to work or even reading the morning paper.
Some people using strips may experience tooth sensitivity. If this happens you can reduce your applications to once per day. Normally this is a temporary side effect that will stop once you discontinue using the white strips. Tooth whitening strips will only help remove discolorations on the surface of teeth. Thus if discolorations are the result of other factors you may need a more aggressive tooth whitening procedure. Of course the results of teeth whitening are not permanent, that is of course if you continue to drink coffee, tea, smoke or engage in other activities that discolor teeth with time. Fortunately however you can usually apply a touch up treatment at a later date to combat future discolorations.
Bleaching Teeth
Bleaching is one of the most popular ways to brighten your smile. There are multiple bleaching choices available on the market, including use of gels containing hydrogen peroxide. You can also opt to have bleaching done at a dentist’s office. Your dentist can make a custom tray that fits your mouths impression. That way the tray will fit more snugly on your teeth and the bleaching may be more effective.
You can also purchase a product from Direct White that offers the same high quality bleaching a dentist would. This service creates custom bleaching trays for you and guarantees the same results you’d get from your dentist in 4 days or less. This product is much less expensive than a trip to the dentist. The bleaching gel in these professional strength products contains 10% solution of carbamide peroxide.
Laser Tooth Whitening
Laser tooth whitening is often considered a top of the line cosmetic treatment for bleaching teeth. Your dentist will have to perform this procedure. The procedure itself involves application of a clear bleaching gel to your teeth. A special light causes crystals in the gel to absorb energy coming from the laser light. This in turn penetrates your tooth enamel resulting in whitening. Usually this procedure takes two or more hours to complete. Laser tooth whitening is not an inexpensive choice however. The average cost is roughly $600, but may be more or less depending on multiple factors. Laser treatments usually also have to be repeated once or twice every year. So unless you plan on making a hefty investment, this may not be your best choice.

Do you have an artistic hand that could create beautiful things with the help of paper? Then, you can make use of an arts and crafts book which will enable you to make amazing things by your own that too in a very short span of time. You can make beautiful 3D flowers to scrapbooks that shall preserve the life story of your family with the use of paper.
If you buy these craft items from the market, they could cost you much but if you are making them right at your home you can easily save some money. Things you need to follow to save money for making the paper crafts are:
1. On occasions such as Christmas, New Year you can create gift tags or small gift boxes with the help of used greeting cards. You can also save by keeping the gift wrapping paper with you that could be used later elsewhere.
2. You can also find some used crafters online whereby you can keep an eye on purging ex crafters and get ready to cash in on your good fortune as soon as one has got tired of storing supplies.
3. While you are online, you need to watch the deals in disguise and never judge the book by its cover. There could be expensive book or photo album covers where you can save by buying an inexpensive album and then throw away the inside pages and fill it with your own pages fitted into plastic sleeves. You should also constantly look for ways to convert cheaper products in the ones you require.
4. Always buy in bulk and then swap. This is because when you buy a product in bulk, it saves a lot of your money. Then you can get a gathering of your crafty friends and swap these items like the old barters way.
5. Never pay money for what you can get free. Patterns usually cost much for crafters and if you don’t buy patterns you can buy crafting magazines for more ideas. If you are even tired of these magazines, you can visit online and find out great ideas.

Camping on Oahu has its challenges. Unlike the other islands in Hawaii, many of Oahu’s campgrounds have litter and/or roudiness issues. However, you can find a few very nice, clean, quiet, safe and scenic places to camp on Oahu. The Ho’omaluhia Botanical Gardens in Kaneohe is one of them.
Ho ‘omaluhia Botanical Gardens lives up to its name, which translated to English means, “to make a place of peace and tranquility.” This is a very peaceful environment. And rules are very strict about noise; for example, even in the middle of the day, radios and CD players must be kept low enough to not disturb camping neighbors.
The gardens meander through 400 acres and are back dropped by the green, castle like peaks of the majestic Ko’olau Mountains. Plants from tropical regions around the world are grouped here geographically, and special emphasis is placed on conserving plants native to Hawaii. The Hawaiian garden here like many of the others here has some very nice tent sites, along with clean indoor restrooms and showers.
You can camp here free of charge from 9 a.m. Friday to 4 p.m. Sunday, except for Christmas and New Year’s Day. There is no camping on the other days of the week, but this is a nice place to stay for the weekend. While it doesn’t have 24-hour security, everyone I spoke with said it is very quiet.
The gate to the gardens closes at 4 p.m. and those camping there will be given car passes so they can use the later gate that is open from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Considering all this, and that it is a mile hike from the gate to the first campground, this takes it off the list for “party spots.” Since it doesn’t have beach access, it’s not a place where big extended families gather with good Hawaiian music and food either. People come to the gardens to enjoy the flora and fauna and the peacefulness.
While there’s no beach here, there’s a trail that will take you to a wonderful spot for watching the sun rise over the ocean.
Tent sites are on the lawns and include fire pits and picnic tables. You must bring your own firewood and grills.
The staff members we spoke to in the garden’s Visitor Center were warm, generous with their time and very knowledgeable. The center features an art gallery with cultural exhibits and a botanical library. You’ll also find a network of trails and a lake (catch and release fishing; no swimming).
Ho ‘omaluhia Botancial Gardens is located near several wonderful sightseeing, water play and other destinations including the Byoda Temple tucked away in the Valley of the Temples and featuring a larger than life Buddha statue, meditation garden and pond with 10,000 koi; Kaneohe Bay with its white sandbars appearing as tiny islands in azure waters at low tide; the cities of Kaneohe and Kailua with several shopping and dining opportunities; the country and very Hawaiian town of Waimanalo where horses still roam free and the beach is one of the best on the island; and Kailua Bay, the quintessential water playground of the Windward side that offers a long stretch of white sand and protected waters popular with beginning boogie boards, kayak paddlers and windsurfers.
A variety of programs are offered at the gardens throughout the week such as orchid growing, weather making, and botanical drawing to name a few. Some of these have fees, while others are free of charge. For a current schedule, use the contact information above and request one.
Hawaiian ecology is emphasized in these programs. Day use and camping programs can include ethnic, craft, botanical, horticultural and environmental activities. Free guided nature hikes, covering topics such as local birds, cloud watching and medicinal plants, are offered at 10 a.m. on Saturdays and 1 p.m. on Sundays.
The catch to this free and peaceful campground in a garden? It’s in a rainforest. So remember to bring a waterproof tent and gear. It will still be warm though, so something light-weight, like the poncho that fits in your pocket or a light-weight jacket will work best. You may also want some mosquito repellant, although I wasn’t bothered by them. You will find picnic tables here and campfire rings. If you want to use a tarp, bring poles because they don’t allow tying anything to the trees. A small camp stove or hibachi might also be useful.
You can get a detailed map with hiking trails in the Visitor Center or on the Website. However the Website’s map doesn’t include a legend, so if you use it just know that the hiking trails are shown by dashes, and the H-3 Freeway is shown by bold printed dashes. Distances aren’t shown on the map but the Visitors’ Center can answer you questions.

Flowers can be an integral part of cooking. While most of us are aware that violets can be candied and nasturtiums can be eaten in salads, there’s a bounty of flower varieties that are both edible and delicious.
Satisfying Your Sweet Tooth with Flowers
Violets are not the only flower that can be candied. Many spring flowers with small, delicate blossoms have a sweet, somewhat spicy flavor that is enhanced by dipping them in sugar. It goes without saying that any flowers that you gather for eating should have been grown without the use of pesticide - by growing them yourself, you can be sure that they’re untreated. A Candy Flower Garden that blooms throughout the summer can include:
Violets - Purple, blue or white, violets are among the first flowers to bloom in the spring. They spread easily, and grow happily when transplanted into a garden bed - and you do want to confine them to a bed unless you love the look of a full carpet of blooms spreading across your lawn.
Pansies - A relative of violets, pansies are just as delicately flavored and can be used as a substitute in recipes that call for violets. They make beautiful border flowers to boot.
Angelica - These delicate, lacy white flowers can be sprinkled in salads - but the stems and shoots make a delicious traditional candy that tastes a bit like licorice with a hint of mint.
Roses - Candied rose petals and rose syrup were mainstays in Victorian cooking. Sweet delicately flavored rose syrup gives baklava its characteristic flavor, and is a perfect foil for cardamom in Indian recipes.
To candy flowers from your garden:
Violets and pansies can be candied whole. Roses should be separated into petals. Most recipes for candied flowers call for the use of raw egg whites. Using a confectioner’s powdered egg white instead reduces risk of salmonella.
Mix powdered egg white according to package directions (equivalent of one egg white).
Spread a cup of superfine sugar in a flat bottomed pan. Carefully dip each flower into the egg white, then press into the sugar. Use a fork to gently turn the flower so that all surfaces of the petals are covered. Lift out of sugar and lay on a screen or drying rack till completely dry. Apple and cherry blossoms can also be candied the same way.
A Soup, Salad and Savory Flower Garden
Early summer squash blossoms may be dipped in egg and flour, then fried in olive oil with garlic. The blossoms have a sweet, nutty flavor that is like nothing else. Other garden flowers that are delicious in soups and salads include:
Borage - Like the leaves, borage flowers are delicious in salads and cold soups. They have a cool, cucumber like taste that translates well from flower garden to kitchen table.
Carnations - The flavor is as spicy as the scent. Carefully separate the petals from the bitter white of the flower’s base and sprinkle in salads for a surprising touch of color and spice.
Daylilies - Like squash blossoms, day lilies have a mildly sweet, nutty flavor that many people think varies by color. Dredged in flour and dipped in egg, fried daylilies are quite succulent and unique in flavor.
These are just a small sampling of the many edible flowers from your garden. Be careful in your taste-testing. If you are not sute if a flower is edible do not eat it.

Leading German thinker and philosopher of the last century Nietchze is the source to my knowledge of this wise observation that “marriage is a long conversation”. While Nietchze generally has a bad reputation for his “superman theories” and his “God is dead” maxim - this seems his BEST philosophic observation about that grand ole human institution - MARRIAGE.
Over the past seven years at our Bi Men Network - so many of our men have repeatedly conceded that they STILL HAVE SOME GREAT CONVERSATIONS with their wives. When push comes to shove many men acknowledge that their wives are in fact their best friends. While women seem to make “best friends” far more easily than most adult men - finding a “best friend” is all too often a major problem for many grown men.
As we all now KNOW - romance fades and sex fades. Youth fades. Outer beauty fades. Energy fades. Growing old is not for sissies as Bette Davis once shrewdly noted!
Do you still converse with your wife? or are you like so many older couples just stuck at the dining table in SILENCE or with the TV or radio on or both reading your sections of the newspaper? How many couples do we see eating out in public in COMPLETE SILENCE. And NOT the comfortable silence of two old friends who are at peace with such quiet.
Well if you are STILL ENJOYING good conversation with your spouse - SHE IS A KEEPER - and most definitely your best friend as well - or one of your top three best friends. It has been said that after 30 we should have only THREE GOOD FRIENDS. Running in packs is for nuns and for youth.
IF you are still enjoying GOOD TALKS - GOOD CONVERSATIONS - with your mate you are indeed very very lucky.
I often surmise that one reason MEN really enjoy GOLF as the grow older is that it is a good cover for FINALLY conversing - really solid TALK - with other men as they ride or walk across so many holes of golf! WHILE walking or riding a golf cart together you can talk without looking into one another’s eyes. ALSO a good reason why bar stools with liquid chat lubricants are a conversational plus. Not having to look directly into another’s eyes! AND those amazing CONVERSATIONS on planes and trains with strangers we never see again. EYES not in direct contact with our chat partner! IF you ever find you need to have a heart to heart talk with your spouse and are not good at direct eye contact consider a long, private “Sunday” drive in the country where you can quietly, intimately communicate with one another.
SO - if you have had a HISTORY of GOOD CONVERSATIONS with your spouse - have at it again. OFTEN - it is just good to take that nice long Sunday drive for the heck of it - even take a picnic along formore fun. BUT even just the spontaneous SUNDAY DRIVE is good. You can both relax and chat with your FOUR EYES on the road ahead and just nicely CONVERSE with your mate! Give it a try - after all - you owe that much to your best friend - right? OK!

How often have you wished that some aspect of your life could improve? For instance many of us desire greater abundance i.e. money, time, good friends, a good relationship, good health etc.
Many of us take the time to form an intention to achieve these in our lives.
The forming of an intention usually entails some of the following steps:
1. Having and holding a vision of what you desire in your mind’s eye.
2. Expressing a felt desire for this vision to manifest in your life.
3. The ability to remain detached from the outcome i.e. to put the desire out there and let the universe assist you in creating that which you desire
4. The ability to be patient and just let whatever is going to happen happen.
5. To get out of the way and not try to have any preconceived notion about how your vision is going to materialize.
6. To feel grateful for all that you already have with the recognition that you already have the power and the support that you desire to manifest whatever it is that you desire.
Now of course all of this is easier said than done. Why is that?
Well it’s largely because we have been conditioned during our lifetimes to believe a whole host of other things about what it takes to manifest something.
Additionally, we are also confounded by emotional issues related say to feelings of doubt about our worthiness, our ability or capacity to manifest, our ability to remain detached, our ability to remain patient, or about the amount of work or energy it requires and so on.
These doubts undermine the power of your expressed intention. A simple metaphor that illustrates this goes as follows:
Imagine that your intention acts as an electromagnetic frequency signal that is being transmitted out into the universe. When you are able to stay relaxed, detached, patient, clear, and in a state of desire and gratitude it’s as if the signal strength and clarity of your message is at its optimal.
Now when doubts creep in, they act to both reduce the signal strength and scramble the signal. Hence what is being sent is weak and unrecognizable. How can the universe support your desired intention if it can’t even discern what it is that you are asking for? Well of course it can’t.
When you then find yourself feeling disappointed with all of this, what happens? Well, you likely start to doubt the process even more or start to tell yourself things like “I an unworthy person”, ” I must be a bad person because I never get what I want”, “There is no use asking for anything because I’m actually all alone and there is no universal supporting energy” and so on.
The net result of such thinking is that it serves to create more doubts and further weakens you in any future attempts at manifesting what you want. This of course, if you allow yourself to get caught in it, leads into a negative vortex of deprivation and disappointment.
There is now a way to actually “boost” the signal strength and clarity of every one of your intentions so that you can release yourself from the victimized and deprived state you find yourself in.
A new tool called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) has been developed to help you become aware of all the conditioned beliefs and emotions that undermine the clarity and signal strength of your desired intentions. Once identified these intruders can be released once and for all thus making your intentions increasingly more powerful.
If you’d like to experience how MRP can begin to help you reclaim control over your life please visit the web link below for an introductory consultation.

In addition, concerns have been raised about some of the potentially harmful ingredients being applied to our skin and thus absorbed into our bodies, with potentially harmful effects on our health.
These reports have led to a ‘natural’ skin care ingredient boom right across the skin care industry and increasingly we see advertisements promoting natural skin care products.
Toward the end of 2005 however, buyers have been realising that natural skin care products may not necessarily be all-natural skin care products and are starting to doubt the validity of advertisements promoting their skin care products as being natural.
Further, the men’s skin care market has been more strongly targeted with many well-known brands creating and promoting a skin care range specific for men.
So what can we expect in 2006?
I believe, that the above trends will continue during this year and will intensify in certain areas. These areas include:
- An increased focus on Men’s skin care
- More anti-aging ‘miracle’ products
- Increased focus on promoting so called ‘natural’ skin care products
- An increased ‘buyer be ware’ attitude from consumers about just how natural the promoted skin care products are, and
- An increase of scepticism toward the promotion of natural in respect to skin care products by manufacturers.
I see the manufacturing of skin care products to be divided into three types of manufacturers:
- Traditional Skin Care Manufacturers that produce skin care products that will provide good results, but these products are not advertised to be natural, organic or anything other than skin care products. Their products include emulsifiers, preservatives and possibly potentially harmful ingredients, but they do work and customers do get results.
- Jump on the Bandwagon Manufacturers that market their products as being natural and actually do include natural ingredients or at least naturally derived concentrates together with other ingredients. They will promote these products as being natural and will attract buyers who are concerned about what they are putting on their skin and subsequently into their body.
This category contains another type of manufacturer, I call it the Psydo-Natural manufacturer. This type uses only natural ingredients, but does not use these ingredients in their natural state. That is, they will not always use traditionally made herbal extracts, but will use isolated, active ingredients from herbs or essential oils in their products.
The problem with this type of product is that the ingredients are no longer complete, they are ‘out of balance’ and as a result could cause potential health concerns. This has been explained in another article called ‘Natural, All Natural, Holistically-Natural or Pseudo-natural - that is the question’.
- The third type of manufacturer of skin care products are manufacturers that have resolved to provide purely natural skin care products to their clients and are dedicated to use holistically, natural ingredients to produce truly natural skin care products. They use pure essential oils, traditionally made herbal extracts, and follow the philosophies of natural medical practices such as herbal medicine and naturopathy.
The next 12 months or so will see consumers becoming more and more aware of what is truly natural and what is not. The Internet is a great source for gathering such information and women especially will start to research skin care products in ever increasing detail to find the type of products they prefer.
Men will start to become more aware of their skin’s needs and will increasingly start to follow similar skin care regimes as women. However, I think it will take men a little longer to start thinking about the purity of their skin care. They will probably leave it up to their spouses to select their skin care range for them.

A lot of people confuse the concepts of usability and accessibility. The two are actually very different, and people tend to consider one to be of more importance than the other. They must each be considered seriously, and individually. However, many of the same principles govern both accessibility and usability.
Optimizing the usability of a site helps to make it more accessible, as well as providing a strong framework from which to build. Remember, if your site is not user-friendly for the average Web surfer, it will likely be impossibly complex and confusing for users with learning disabilities. Just as much consideration should given to making the site easy to use as is given to making the site accessible.
Accessibility is an important feature in several web design schools and courses. This is because the internet is the medium for the people, and web 2.0 technology is of great use.
One should give top most importance to what the user wants and remove all the ornamental materials from the Web Design pages. Keep in mind that Web pages are primarily built for people to use.
Your mission is to put the user’s needs first - forget about Flash gimmicks and high-bandwidth images; you need to deliver CONTENT. You should be clear in your mind that the need of the user is of prime importance in deciding the usability of web design, and formulating ideas or beginning to think about firing up Dreamweaver is only secondary. No matter what you are designing, the final product is what gets judged.
Many people travel during the holidays, as well as during
vacations. Likewise, business deals are often made as a result
of travel. When selecting a hotel, you can learn a lot–and
improve your luck–from the Feng Shui of the building.
For example, is the hotel’s main door at the center, left side,
or right side of the building? If the door is at the left side,
you’ll probably get good advice about things to do and places to
see in the area. If the door is in the center, it’s ideal for
business travel. However, if you’re on vacation, the best
location for a hotel’s door is on the far right side. In Black
Hat Feng Shui, the far right side supports travel and indicates
helpful people.
If the hotel has a concierge, he or she should be facing the
front door. If the concierge has his or her back to the front
door, or–worse–is positioned behind a column, don’t be
surprised if you received a chilly reception and limited help.
Then again, that may not be very important to you.
For the best experience, choose a hotel where the guest rooms
open onto a corridor rather than directly to the outside. In
Feng Shui terms, if you walk outdoors to your hotel room, the
hotel management may not have a sense of connection to its
registered guests.
In other words, once you’ve registered and arranged payment for
the room, you may feel as if you’re on your own.
Hotel guest rooms can also indicate good or bad Feng Shui. The
bed that you are going to sleep and should not be in direct line
with the door; they rarely are. Likewise, if the bathroom is at
the far left or far right corner of your room, ask for different
floor plan. Any other placement of the bed and bath is fine.
Check the view from your window. If you’re only sleeping there
overnight, any view is fine as long as it is not a slum.
However, if the view is important, if you’ll conduct meetings in
your room or suite, or if all you see is poverty, request a
different room with a better view.
Many business travelers are phobic about staying in a room above
the third floor. Therefore, those rooms are often empty and also
provide some of the best views. In addition, if you stay on the
top floor, you won’t have of the sound of footsteps overhead.
Finally, in Feng Shui terms, higher rooms are generally better;
there is less (literal) weight on top of you.
Consider the impression that you received upon entering the
hotel as well as your guest room. Look for these Feng Shui
signals: Lighting should be adequate, neither glaringly bright
nor too dim. If a strong aroma indicates a heavy reliance on air
fresheners, look for other signs of problems with housekeeping.
>From the moment you enter the hotel, you should feel
comfortable, relaxed, and welcomed.
Keep in mind that most hotel chains use the same floor plans
repeatedly. Therefore, you can visit hotels near your home
before you travel. Whether your local hotels are Hiltons,
Holiday Inns, Marriotts, or some other line, you can get a good
idea of their typical Feng Shui, and what to expect at related
hotels when you travel.
Once you have chosen a hotel chain that meets your standards and
offers consistently good Feng Shui, make that your first choice
when you travel. This will reduce stress by making travel
planning simpler, and improve your travel experiences.
Infidelity has different faces…and different signs and patterns.
Yes, infidelity is complex. You probably know that or perhaps feel the overwhelm and confusion.
Most I work with find tremendous relief, a sense of control, confidence and power once they pinpoint the situational signs of infidelity.
Understanding IS the beginning of healing.
Yes, there are general signs of infidelity that indicate that your husband or wife may be cheating. After you finish reading this page you will find a link for those general signs of infidelity.
But, to accelerate breaking free you need to dig into and nail down the signs and patterns of infidelity.
Did you know there are 7 different kinds of affairs? Well, there may be more, but after a couple decades of clinical work and research, I’ve identified 7.
And, if you look carefully, you will find that each form of infidelity carries different signs and markers. Know those specific signs of infidelity and you can save yourself much grief.
Let’s begin here.
One kind of affair I write about in my e-book is called, “My Marriage Made Me Do It.”
Here are some signs and patterns you can expect in this kind of affair:
1. Expect that your spouse will have a very powerful attachment to the other person. The other person will consistently be on her mind. Your spouse will shift energy away from you, the children, the household and her career to her affair relationship. She will be focused, but not on you. Your spouse will attempt to push you away by avoiding you, ignoring you, closing off communication or walking away.
2. The affair will most likely be a long-term affair. It will be very difficult for your spouse to walk away from the other person. He may try on a number of occasions but will continue to gravitate back to the other person. He will hold on tenaciously. This is probably the first or only affair for your spouse. Your spouse is not interested in playing or fooling around but powerfully attaching to the other person. The other person is the savior!
3. Don’t believe that the affair was planned before hand because of a bad marriage. These affairs usually just happen. They usually happen with someone in close proximity: co-worker, neighbor, friend (frequently of friends with whom you socialize), etc. The other person is usually the aggressor, your spouse lacking the confidence to seek out the affair. The rationale that it happened because of a lousy marriage comes after the affair is in bloom.
4. The more you try to persuade, convince or pursue, the more strongly he will attach to the other person. He will perceive your efforts as weakness and will want to attach more intently to the other person whom he (at perhaps an unconscious level) deems to be the powerful and loving answer-to-all.
5. Efforts to use moral or religious arguments to call a halt to the affair will be strongly resisted. Your spouse is not guided by rightness or wrongness. These standards have not been internalized and do not carry much weight, especially when it comes to the important chunks of her life. The actions and thoughts of your spouse primarily originate from her need to attach to another person. Any behavior or concept that serves the purpose of maintaining the attachment will be valued. Others are discarded.
6. Expect you will spend a significant amount of time and emotional energy in the next 2 to 4 years (especially if there are children) attempting to resolve the relationship. By resolve, I mean, coming to a point where each of you are fairly free of the emotional entanglement that holds you together and generates the pain and fear. It will be important for you to resolve the relationship whether you continue to be married or separate and divorce.
Does this fit your situation?
Do you see the importance of understanding in-depth the signs of infidelity. Once you do, you will have many more options available that will help you break free.
Dr. Robert Huizenga, The Infidelity Coach, has helped hundreds of couples over the past two decades heal from the agony of extramarital affairs and survive infidelity. Visit his website at: http://www.break-free-from-the-affair.com
